L’article que j’ai reçu ne correspondait pas du tout à la description et il est arrivé dans un état inacceptable. J’ai contacté la vendeuse immédiatement, mais la seule réponse a été de me dire de le retourner, sans aucune considération pour le fait que c’était un cadeau de Saint‑Valentin. Résultat : cadeau gâché et une expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas cette boutique.
I was very disappointed with this purchase. The item I received did not match the product description and arrived in unacceptable condition. I contacted the seller right away, but the only solution offered was to return it, with no consideration for the fact that it was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift. The whole experience was frustrating and the gift was ruined. I do not recommend this shop.
It was wrapped and presented so beautifully with the inclusion of a charm. Although not a gift, I plan to order one for just that purpose. Thank you for wonderfully exceeding my expectations 😍
Le modèle est très élegant sur le poignée de mon compagnon comme je le souhaitais. Le bracelet a été emballé avec finesse dans une belle housse et placé dans un joli papier cadeau. Cela a été une belle surprise d'autant qu'il est arrivé très rapidement.
Such a delight to give this bracelet to my niece for her bridal shower. It was a lovely shade of blue and will qualify for the "something blue" tradition. She was so impressed and I am grateful for your help in selecting the best possible pearl:)
